The American Battle Monuments Commission will commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Liberation of Manila at Manila American Cemetery in the Philippines, on Feb. 22, at 4 p.m. (local time).

The American Battle Monuments Commission will commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Liberation of Manila at Manila American Cemetery in the Philippines, on Feb. 22, at 4 p.m. (local time).

To allow for ceremony preparations, the cemetery will be closed to the public at 12 p.m. and reopen to the public at 2 p.m. for the arrival of attendees.
